Removal of Bacteria – carpet is a perfect
breeding place of different bacteria that can make the environment unhealthy.
Without your knowing, carpet can get damp and wet due to spills or
walking on it from outside. In this way, bacteria thrive and make it a breeding
place. Keep in mind that bacteria affect the health of everyone in
the household and that is why you should consider consistent carpet cleaning.
Re: Valentine’s Day Gift Sneak Peek

Valentine's day is a great day for all of us. Stressing over what gifts to get people seems to be one of the biggest. It leads to financial stress. If people can't be happy with what you get them (which is out of the kindness of your heart), then next year you know what to get them......a lump of coal!

The bottom line is Christmas is about Jesus not about giving people gifts. It's ok to give gifts but we must not lose focus of the true reason for the season which is God's awesome gift to humanity....His Son.

Re: Bouncing Back from Holiday Stress with “Me Time” & Day One Giveaway

This is such a wonderful blog post! I am a first time reader and must say that I have enjoyed myself so far! I was referred by the beautiful Michelle Howard, and I'm happy that I took her advice to check out this post. My response for the Question of the Day is:

What stressed you out the most over the holidays?

What stressed me out the most over the holidays was "over thinking" so many things. I tried to think so hard as to what to get everyone (trying to find the most perfect gift), if I was buying everyone enough, what my finances would look like after Christmas was over, & making sure that my family had a wonderful Christmas. After thinking these things, I now see that I really didn't include myself anywhere in the plans towards "happiness". Though I believe that the holiday season isn't about receiving or giving gifts, I sometimes become wrapped in it to be honest. But I'm learning and growing by the minute and vow that the years to come will be better!

**I am also your newest LIKER on your facebook fanpage!**.....God bless & thank you for this opportunity! :-)

Re: Phase Four: Those Darn Blocks!

Yes it does! My son's doctor is one of them.

In addition to the essential oils, I've found magnetic therapy to also be effective for pain. Anyway, that's another topic.

Have a great day!
Michelle

Re: Essential Oils for Epilepsy – An Alternative Not to Be Ignored

Great article Michelle. Essential oils are amazing. I'm glad they are helping your son. Lavender continues to amaze me with its power. I seem to have this habit of hitting toes on things. A week ago I hit the middle toe on a table that does not move. From the pain, I suspect I fractured it. At minimum, I know it was jammed and it was a lovely black and blue. After one day of using lavender, the pain was greatly reduced. After a few days just for good measure, there was no pain. Here a week later, it looks almost normal again. Not sure what the conventional "experts" would say about that. As one who has experienced the power of oils in and out, though, I am not surprised they help your son. Have a great one!

Re: An Aromatherapy Massage Could Be Just What The Doctor Ordered

This is certainly a must have. I need to find some lavender oil. It's hard to find where I am right now (Chile). I used to add it to a small ceramic pot with water that was lit with a small candle. Delightful. That and tea tree oil were the oils I used most.

Kathleen K.
